Lead Carpenter
Non-exempt, full-time
A Lead Carpenter is are craftsman with extensive skill and experience level, able to manage job sites with multiple employees and trade contractors.
Qualifications
Education: High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of two years in all phases of residential construction & supervisory experience plus the measurable competencies required of the position.
Extensive knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety and applicable building codes.

Journeyman Carpenter
Non-exempt, full-time
A Journeyman Carpenter is a craftsman with a skill and experience level greater than an Apprentice Carpenter, but less than a Lead Carpenter. The Journeyman Carpenter will generally have a smaller tool inventory and may need direction to perform more advanced carpentry skills.
Qualifications
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum of one year in all phases of residential construction.
Knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, pertinent building code and safety.

Apprentice Carpenter
Non-exempt, full-time
The Apprentice Carpenter is an entry-level craftsman with minimal skill and experience level, able to perform basic carpentry tasks. Craft Mountain Homes Apprentice Carpenter assists the Lead and Journeyman Carpenters with customer satisfaction, carpentry labor, material handling, and job site clean up.
Qualifications
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in some type of construction
Basic knowledge and willingness to learn residential construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, and materials.
